When it comes to Easter crafts and decorating……
Coloring eggs is exactly about all I do.
It’s not that I don’t want to decorate.
I can visualize it in my head.
I’ve seen some fantastic ideas on other blogs.
But when it comes to shopping and picking stuff out…
I always leave empty handed.
Maybe next year.
But hey, at least we have eggs we probably won’t eat.
And a happy child.

Having eggs you probably won't eat is more than I've got. Maybe I'll just dye some bacon.
I have never decorated eggs with my boys. LOL! It is just not my thing, and they'd probably rot before we ever ate them. :) So, that's one for you! :)
i am with ya...i only decorate eggs, which i love! the other stuff, not so much.
happy spring!
She IS happy. No doubt about it. And by the way, your camera rocks!
When I was a kid and we would color Easter eggs I would take them and squish them in my hands....
Your eggs are beautiful and to your daughter they are the best!
Coloring Easter eggs with your kids means more than you think... about 3 months ago I smelt something foul in my 12 year old son's room. I looked for 3 days for the cause. Finally on the 4th day I open his night stand drawer and found a rotted Easter Egg. He loved the color so much he wanted to save it so he kept it next to his bed. I still can't believe it lasted 9 months before it started to smell rotten!
Cheers,
Dawn
Adorable pics! I used to love coloring eggs...that's pretty much all we did, too. She won't be scarred. lol
Just the coloring--that's the fun part! That's all we ever did as kids :-) We are doing ours tomorrow, so I'll post some pics...call you tomorrow probably!
Oh these pictures made me smile. I miss dying eggs with my boys. The eggs are lovely and I love the bunny hat and that beautiful smile.
That smile is totally worth having eggs that you probably won't eat!
We will be doing the egg coloring today. Maybe none will get cracked! Your little girl did a GREAT job!
aww how cute and hey as long as the kids happy thats all that matters lol
Looks good to me! I don't even do that! LOL!
I love decorating eggs with my kids. This year at the kids program I run we decorated 20 dozen. There were about 12 kids. Now, that alot of eggs to decorate.
When I was a kid we only got to do a few. After all, when you have 6 kids how many eggs are you going to make?
So, now I still am getting it out of my system. ")
