Halloween 2010

As some of you may or may not know, Halloween is no longer a one day event.

Halloween is in fact a week long excuse to dress up, eat candy, and do crazy things with your hair and makeup. 

Why not make the most of it?

There was a costumed play date with adorably dressed friends.

Dress up day at school, gym class, and my parent/child class.

And let’s not forget the actual Halloween day!

YOu were right! They are the same, right down to the boots! What great shots! Eli looks like he enjoyed his costume as much as Asher did. Asher's school doesn't do holiday parties, so I didn't get the cute preschool ones though. Hannah looked adorable, you know, with a big old witch nose!

I wish we had a week long Halloween celebration! I will have to arrange more dress-up time for next year!
Your trick-or-treaters are adorable! I love the green hair instead of a green face! And the hose prop for the fireman is awesome!

The kids both look so adorable. Love Eli's "fire hose" and Hannah's hair! Looks like a fun time for everyone! Jacob really enjoyed looking at these too! :)

great costumes, the witches nose was the perfect tough. I really liked the pumpkin carving pictures. There was something so amazingly sweet about the fist one of Eli.

I’m more than just a stay at home mom.  I read. (see, the stack has grown since last time I showed this picture) I watch television. I exercise. I floss every day.  I go out with girlfriends. Except Death and Taxes and School Pick Up Problems

Dear you, Hi there! We haven't met so I thought I would introduce myself.  I am a mom of two, a fifth and a third grader, at the school our kids attend.  You might recognize my car, as you drive by it nearly every day when you pass me (and plenty other parents) 10 minutes before school gets out to park at the very front of the pick up line. In a spot that is not a spot. Genius!  I mean why should you get to school early like many of us other parents do and park appropriately in the pick up lane when you can just come nearly at the last minute, go around a line of 30 vehicles, and park in a spot that is not a spot? Why didn't I think of that? You probably have special circumstances.  I'm sure you think that NOBODY else in the pick up lane,  many of whom have been sitting there waiting for 30-45 minutes have ANYTHING better that they could be doing with their time.
