Eli’s preschool honored moms just before Mother’s Day.

We had gifts, snacks, and a couple of special songs.

It was warm enough a couple weekends ago that Eli got to play on one of this birthday presents outside (thanks Jon and Wendy!)

Eli’s 4th birthday

Since Eli’s birthday was right after our vacation I didn’t plan a big party for him, but we did have some neighbors over to celebrate, super hero style!

Same day, but he HAD to change the clothes.

Seems like only yesterday that we were “courting” and we celebrated your 30th birthday together.

10 years later and we are still going strong. 

At least I am.

You, being 40 now, may be noticing some declines in your strength.

I was going to apologize for posting your birthday tribute so much later than your actual birthday of May 8th. 

But hey, you’re 40 now so you probably forgot what day your birthday is on anyways. 

Don’t worry I’ll keep track.

Oh yes.  Hawaii. 

About TWO months ago we went to Hawaii. 

I took a ton of pictures. 

Here are a few.  Give or take a few more. 

Eli pretty much posed like this every time we asked him to smile so we decided to get in on the action.  Thumbs up means “good choices!”. 

Macy! 

Took my mom “Tutu” with us.  Everyone should take a grandparent on vacation with them!  :-)

Macy love the show Hawaii 5-0 so we HAD to get a picture of her in front of their “headquarters”.  :-)

We took a red-eye home and landed around 8:30 am on Easter Sunday.  Fortunately the Easter Bunny didn’t forget to visit us.
