Batman and his Batmobile: keeping our garage safe.
Halloween lights: 2010: Big box 2011: Smaller box (and much higher price!).
Hannah pretending to be in a wheelchair (and Fireman Eli smiling!!).
Lunch failure.
Lunch success!!
Sixth tooth lost!

I’m only about 2 weeks late in posting this! I seem to be in a bit of a blog reading/blog posting rut lately. But I’m sure that is only because I have been super busy with life and not at all lazy.
Hannah wanted to have a Kidz Bop/Rock Star themed birthday party to ring in her 6th year and that is exactly what she got!
And of course who better to represent her than “momager” mom and “MC/bodyguard” dad.
We had a wonderful evening of music, karaoke, cake, presents, and most importantly friends and family!
Our little pop star is 6 today!
Fortunately her bodyguard will keep the screaming fans at bay.
Happy Birthday to our future pop star, football player, chef, doctor…whatever you may choose to be we’ve always got your back.
There is a rock sculpture on the trail we take when we walk to school.
You can tell somebody is putting a lot of time and effort into making it look pretty.
Stacking rocks.
Adding flowers now and then.
Sometimes someone knocks a rock stack or two over.
But it is always “fixed” within a day or two.
This is my mom.
And me.
This is my mom’s new CUTE puppy. That is completely off topic but she’s just so cute!
My mom is pretty awesome.
and today is her birthday! So if you feel like it go wish her a happy day!
Happy Birthday mom!
I think from now on we will do away with “breakfast, lunch, and dinner” and it will all just be called “snacks”. He does much better with those.
Dear Macy,
Your dad and I have looked at the calendar.
We’ve crunched the numbers.
We’ve figured it out.
Each and every time reaching the same conclusion.
Mathematically it works.
Emotionally though our summation is:
“HOW IS THIS FREAKING POSSIBLE???!!!”
For today you are 16.
The calendar doesn’t lie.
But we might try to deny it for a while.
Wishing you the bestest, most wonderful 16th birthday!!!
Love you lots!!!
And now I interrupt this wordless Wednesday with some words…… Hannah ran 20 laps around her 1/8 mile track which makes for about 2.25 miles of running (in 30 minutes!).
Great job Hannah!!!
