halloween recap
Halloween was a big hit around here.
We thought Eli would want to sit in the stroller or wagon for trick or treating, but he would have NONE of that.
He did some serious walking and he loved every minute of it.
And I think he likes candy as much as I do!
Hannah also had a great time. Who knew Spider Girl liked butterfly boots and a puffy pink jacket?
Actually, she didn’t like it that much because the back of the boots kept getting stuck on the costume. Spider Girl vows to choose function over style next year!
After trick or treating Hannah got to pick 2 pieces of candy from her bucket. This bucket is brimming with all kinds of chocolate goodness. And what does she pick?
One of those small wrapped hard peppermint candies and a box of nerds.
Definitely not what I would have picked.
After the kids went to bed my husband and I found “The Blair Witch Project” on On Demand and started it up (he has never seen it).
We had to turn it off before we were even halfway.
Not because we were scared.
We just couldn’t stay awake.
At least we tried to do something spooky.

The kids are so cute but I can't believe Eli and all the walking. I swear it seems like he just started on his feet.
Thanks so much for sharing in my SITS day last week!!!!!
Have a nice week.
Except I never had to "pick" candy.
I just got to eat mine.
My parents were lazy.
What a fun night!
It just gets so much fun as they figure out that it is about the candy! :)
I much prefer chcocolate, thank you very much :)

Halloween is fun but I'm really ready for Thanksgiving now. Loving Fall!
Just dropped by from SITS to say hi; hope you'll do the same.
Your children are absolutely precious. So glad they enjoyed Halloween.
I've never seen The Blair Witch Project. I think I'd be too scared. =)
Thank you for visiting my blog!!! :-)
We saw the Blair Witch Project when it first came out. Don't think I've seen it since. I'm not into scary movies much. Too funny that you guys had to turn it off though. heehee
