Some of you may recall that last April our dog Baxter had a mast cell tumor removed.
If you don’t, here is a picture:
As you can tell, he was thrilled with the lampshade look.
Anyways, last week he had to have yet another mast cell removed, located pretty much in the same spot as before.
He did well with the surgery and after we brought him home he was too groggy to do much but rest.
Hannah decided he needed a beach hat.
He must have had that had on a good 45 minutes.
Poor thing.

Baxter is doing much better. Hopefully the tumor is, like last time, nothing to worry about.

Aww hugs to Baxter. He reminds me of my old snuggle buddy. hope he is feeling better soon. Those pesky Mast cell tumors are not fun as they have to remove a good piece of it out.
Poor Baxter :( Such a sad face...funny that the kids had to accessorize him...hoping that it's nothing too. Feel better pup :)
Poor thing...I hope he feels better soon. I don't know what's worse, sick kids or sick pets but sick husbands always win!

Awww... poor little guy - I thought it was one of those ice bags - I didn't realize it was a beach hat until you showed it close up - LOL He's adorable!
P.S. Thank you for your kind words on my decor yesterday - I never owned any Easter decorations until the last few years when my wonderful mother-in-law gave me a bunch of them but for some reason, this is the first year I made the time to put them out - ha!
