10 things I thought I'd NEVER say.......and then I had kids

1) "You went pee pee in the potty!  Good job!".

2) "No, I didn't put ANY veggies in this smoothie!"

3) "Honey", "Sweetie", "Sweetheart", "Pumpkin", etc..  Endearments used to be tough for me...after kids I pretty much call everyone by them.

4) "If you just smile nicely for the camera for a few minutes I'll give you candy!"

5) "Because I said so, that's why!"

6) "Wine with lunch?  SUUUUUURE!"

7) "Mommy just needs a time out."

8)  "You only have to eat three more bites to get dessert."

9)  "Of course I'm not petrified afraid of bugs.  I would LOVE to remove that spider for you!"

10)  "Who wiped their boogers on the wall???????"

My favorite one my hubby said to one of our sons, "Don't hit you peepee with the hammer!" Yup, but it was a plastic toy hammer and he was wearing a very thick cloth diaper. :)

Bwhaha I wrote an entire post on |"Boggers on the wall" and it still gets hits every day!

We met you in May of 2004 at the Humane Society. I’m more than just a stay at home mom.  I read. (see, the stack has grown since last time I showed this picture) I watch television. I exercise. I floss every day.  I go out with girlfriends. Except Death and Taxes and School Pick Up Problems

Dear you, Hi there! We haven't met so I thought I would introduce myself.  I am a mom of two, a fifth and a third grader, at the school our kids attend.  You might recognize my car, as you drive by it nearly every day when you pass me (and plenty other parents) 10 minutes before school gets out to park at the very front of the pick up line. In a spot that is not a spot. Genius!  I mean why should you get to school early like many of us other parents do and park appropriately in the pick up lane when you can just come nearly at the last minute, go around a line of 30 vehicles, and park in a spot that is not a spot? Why didn't I think of that? You probably have special circumstances.  I'm sure you think that NOBODY else in the pick up lane,  many of whom have been sitting there waiting for 30-45 minutes have ANYTHING better that they could be doing with their time.
