the first week of school

The first week of school went by without too many hitches.

The kids both like school.  They enjoy their day.

They just have a really hard time saying goodbye to mommy.

I took these pictures last Tuesday – which was Hannah’s second day of school and Eli’s first day of preschool.

Eli is not as into posing for pictures as Hannah.  So I didn’t get too many and he insisted on including the shovel in the picture.

I'm glad once they do say goodbye that school is going well. I know it's tough at first!!!!

CUTE! Love all of Eli's stuff, and Hannah looks so grown up too. Yes, saying goodbye...let's hope that gets a bit easier (but not too easy)!

I think the blue shovel adds a lot to his look. Hannah's dress? LOVE IT!

YAY! They looks great! So glad they are enjoying it. What are you doing with your free time?

Does Mommy have a hard time saying bye? How do you get to stay in class and take these pictures? At Bean's daycare, they always want you to do the "drop and run". I hate the drop and run.

Eli looks so cute posing with his Shovel. Hannah's outfit was adorable.

So cute! It is crazy how much later you start school...kids have been in school for almost a month here.
