What are you doing/having for dinner tonight?

Why, thanks for asking!  It’s pizza Friday at our house.  We take this “take it easy” stuff on Friday seriously!

We're having the Hawaiian Plate lunch special for dinner tonight! Rice, Kalua Pig, Lomi Salmon, Mac salad and for dessert, Haupia (coconut cream pudding).

We do the exact same thing. At the beginning of this year my 6 year old declared Friday nights as family movie night and some how pizza became the movie night meal. I like it because I never have to plan dinner on Fridays.

Unfortunately, we had pizza Wednesday. Wish I could take that one back! I believe I'll be making chicken enchiladas. It's one of those meals that's even better as leftovers!

We have pizza every Friday too. Usually Hubby and Big Brother make it but I think we may be getting Little Ceasars tonight. :)

We ate a late lunch so we will eat a snack dinner. Now that the boys are grown and on their own, I don't cook a real dinner very often.

I’m more than just a stay at home mom.  I read. (see, the stack has grown since last time I showed this picture) I watch television. I exercise. I floss every day.  I go out with girlfriends. Except Death and Taxes and School Pick Up Problems

Dear you, Hi there! We haven't met so I thought I would introduce myself.  I am a mom of two, a fifth and a third grader, at the school our kids attend.  You might recognize my car, as you drive by it nearly every day when you pass me (and plenty other parents) 10 minutes before school gets out to park at the very front of the pick up line. In a spot that is not a spot. Genius!  I mean why should you get to school early like many of us other parents do and park appropriately in the pick up lane when you can just come nearly at the last minute, go around a line of 30 vehicles, and park in a spot that is not a spot? Why didn't I think of that? You probably have special circumstances.  I'm sure you think that NOBODY else in the pick up lane,  many of whom have been sitting there waiting for 30-45 minutes have ANYTHING better that they could be doing with their time.
