“We went for a walk and saw some bats! But don’t worry mom, they were NICE bats!”.
“We didn’t have any snacks!”.
“All the gym teachers left because they had a play date!”.
“All that other stuff I said was JUST AN EXPRESSION, mom.
Of course we had snacks.
We had SMORES!!".
I believe we may have a future best-selling fictional author in our midst.
But we THINK she had a good day. I can't wait to hear all about day two!

My niece was telling me about her first couple days of kindergarten... apparently they had a giraffe come to the school that the kids got to ride on.
