Welcome, october.

What better way to welcome October than with a trip to a local apple orchard?
And while not our official “pumpkin patch” outing, it was definitely a good warm-up.
Eli really wanted some of these apples:
My favorite picture of the day:
This one is a close second:
This is the picture that cemented the need for a hair cut for a certain someone.  The wind is “feathering” it nicely, don’t you think? :-)
Friend or foe?
“Take a picture, mom!”.
Hair by Hannah (who is clearly “asleep” after such a fun outing.)
What do you like to do in October?

Just stopping by from SITS! The apple orchard looks like so much fun. We have on up near us here in WI, and I've always wanted to go. The weather got pretty chilly pretty quickly this year, but hopefully we can make the trip in late spring!

I also love of course HALLOWEEN. My fav day of the year. In fact if I ever get married, it's gonna be on Halloween!! Creepy I know! said...

I heart fall!
Ok, I said that during a sneezing attack.

Let me rephrase that, I heart fall but hate the sinus issues that come along with it.
