What (or who) usually wakes you up in the morning?

I use my alarm clock, but almost always wake up before it goes off.

The cat wakes us up every single morning. Thankfully she does give up easily and curls up and sleeps longer.

I have a 7 month old and a 23 month old. I haven't used an alarm clock in 23 months...

Ugh, my kids! I'm lucky if none of them are up before 6:30. I so badly want to sleep in, even just for one day.

I wake up at intermittently all through the night, so I guess the answer would be: I wake myself up!

I set my alarm each night (I use my phone and try to remember to turn it to alarm only). If I forget, someone always seems to call or text me. Every once in a while my dog will get in my face and wake me to let him out, but that is extremely rare!

First my little man. He comes in around 1 or 2am. Then the alarm which I always snooze through. Which is why I'm always later.

Hubby wakes me up when he leaves but I got back to sleep and then wake up for good when my son comes in saying "tt"(TV)!

The alarm is always set here, but it never has a chance to go off. I usually get up before or one of the kids wakes up.

I usually wake up a few hours before I have to be awake...but then roll over thinking...yes at least another hour...
BUT usually the boys are waking me up...either the sound of pattering feet from the 3yrold on the hard wood floor OR the 15month crying to be let out of his crib...toss up

On work days, usually my alarm. Most other days, I wake up on my own by 6, but often Jacob wakes me first if I'm really tired!

usually the hubs saying "your alarm is going off" LOL

i have such a hard time getting up and me blocking out my alarm does not help things.

Usually my husbands alarm or his getting ready for work around 630am. I go back to sleep...then usually the boxers wake me up. Dogs....gotta love em.

My five year old wakes up with the sun almost every day...literally. It gets a little earlier every morning (around 5:30 these days)...UGH!!

It depends on the day. Usually the alarm wakes me up - what a terrible sound it makes! Other days the voices of my grandsons wakes me. I love those mornings!!

The little guy...LOL! He usually wakes up around 7ish, so that's when I *attempt* to get up. :)

The alarm or the sun, since I have east facing windows in my bedroom.

I'm so glad that you liked Up, it was such a good movie. That opening montage was a killer!

The same as you - the alarm clock on my phone but I usually wake up before it.

Usually my neighbors. They are always making noise around 5:30. Then my husband who will start complaining about their dog barking because they are outside and not paying him any attention as normal. I have an alarm clock but usually I am up before it goes off.

A stupid barking dog, a neighbor that's hacking up a lung (dog owner) or sometimes when Kyle gets up I start stirring awake.

Brutus usually wakes us up between 3:30 and 4 because he is cold and needs to be recovered. Gotta love a needy dog.

I’m more than just a stay at home mom.  I read. (see, the stack has grown since last time I showed this picture) I watch television. I exercise. I floss every day.  I go out with girlfriends. I spend time with my husband. I pay attention to current events.  I enjoy cooking. I enjoy drinking wine. I enjoy cooking while drinking wine.  I love trivia games. And Boggle. Dear you, Hi there! We haven't met so I thought I would introduce myself.  I am a mom of two, a fifth and a third grader, at the school our kids attend.  You might recognize my car, as you drive by it nearly every day when you pass me (and plenty other parents) 10 minutes before school gets out to park at the very front of the pick up line. In a spot that is not a spot. Genius!  I mean why should you get to school early like many of us other parents do and park appropriately in the pick up lane when you can just come nearly at the last minute, go around a line of 30 vehicles, and park in a spot that is not a spot? Why didn't I think of that? You probably have special circumstances.  I'm sure you think that NOBODY else in the pick up lane,  many of whom have been sitting there waiting for 30-45 minutes have ANYTHING better that they could be doing with their time.
